Trancas was produced by John in 1984 for his Affordable Dreams label. It quickly became a favorite among fans. Trancas features many songs that have become Stewart classics like Reasons to Rise and Bringing Down the Moon. The first released version of The American Way is on Trancas and it is totally different from the rocking version on Wires from the Bunker. Previously, Trancas was only available on CD as an import but Neon Dreams now makes these vintage Stewart songs available to everyone in CD form.
