Alden Sawyer's debut album on Homecoming Records is the first release that
we have had on this website that doesn't feature John Stewart.
Alden is unique in his songs and his style. Tom DeLisle describes Alden as
"America's slowest rising rock star". Paul RyBolt says "Alden's songs are
reminiscent of Randy Newman's but with a really crappy attitude".
The album is all original songs about life on the edge of society in Los
Angeles. The feature musicians are Glynnis Campbell, Dave Batti, John Hoke
and Dennis Kenmore.
The album is "Dedicated to the original California dreamer, John Stewart,
and Bloodliners everywhere".
